Thanks for creating the site.  I think it&#039;s a great idea. 

My Liferea feed reader refuses to recognize it, as does the Sage Firefox extension and Flock.  The items don&#039;t even show up for both Firefox 2 and 3 if you view the feed directly (although you can see the the XML if you view source).

Aren&#039;t you importing each job listing as a WordPress post?  If so, then my suggestion is that you just use the standard WordPress feed for those posts, but change the permalink so that it points to the original source, just as you&#039;re doing in your template.  That should standardize the feed.]]></description>
